Billing is monthly via Stripe. You receive an invoice every month by email. You can cancel at any time without penalties.
The price is per team (organisation), not per individual user. €29/month for Team includes up to 14 users, €89/month for Business includes up to 50 users.
The system notifies you when you are close to the limit. You can upgrade before reaching the maximum. Existing users are not blocked.

Yes. All plans include Teams. The Free plan allows 1 team (unlimited messages, passive AI, calls & video calls, team analytics). Team and Business plans include unlimited teams with the same features.
All plans include the integrated Calendar to plan events and tasks. Calendar AI Analysis is available from the Team plan onwards: it silently analyses your team's scheduled workload and feeds this data into Sepera AI Chat (for leaders and managers) and Personal Coach AI (for members) to provide evidence-based insights on burnout risk, scheduling overload and conflict prevention — without any visible panel.
Every user on every plan has access to Personal & Shared Notes. Notes are strictly private by default — only you can see them. You can optionally share individual notes or entire folders with specific team members. Shared recipients receive a notification and can read and edit the note (but cannot delete it). Folder sharing notifies all recipients immediately. You can also pin important notes for quick access and organise everything into folders and subfolders.
